Contact us to book an appointment to discuss your idea or concept. During the scheduled appointment, please bring with you any pictures and basic measurements. The TruWood Artisans’ design team will ask you questions to better understand your goals, aspirations and style. There are many variables to custom work, but Holly and her team will walk you through what can be done to achieve a piece that is stable, functional and, of course, comfortable and beautiful.

Following the meeting, the design team will determine the final measurements and finalize the design with your feedback. Once you approve the final design and a deposit is made, the team sources the specific materials required for your project and provides you with a defined timeline (usually 10 – 12 weeks). Every step of the process is completed with care and by hand using the very best glues, fasteners, abrasives and finishing materials in the industry. You receive regular updates on the progress of your piece and will have the opportunity to inspect the finished furniture before delivery.

There are two delivery options available to you:

• You can come and pick up the item. The TruWood Artisans team will wrap the item with foam core and assist you in loading it into your truck or trailer.
• Request TruWood Artisans to arrange delivery and set-up in your home or office by one of several professional and trusted delivery companies that TruWood Artisans regularly uses.
